Q. How long does it take to get my popcorn fix?

A. We whip up each batch fresh, so your order will be ready in 24-48 hours! Once it's prepped, packed, and perfected, we ship it via USPS with a tracking number. Keep an eye on that package like it's a prize on the way!

Q. What are the ingredients in your gourmet popcorn?

A. Our magic, addictive mix includes popcorn (obviously), vanilla almond bark (the krakk), and one of the following salty add-ins: peanuts, pretzels, or potato chips. So it’s crunchy, sweet, and just a little salty. Basically, it’s snack heaven!

Q. Do you offer any nut-free options?

A. All our products are made in a facility that handles peanuts or nut products, so if you’re allergic, we suggest enjoying our popcorn from a safe distance (we know, it’s a bummer). If not, please be aware and be safe. It's good, but is it allergy itchy good?? (still yes!)

Q. Can I customize my popcorn label?

A. Of course! You dream it, we can make a graphic for it and put the good stuff in the bag! Whether it’s for a birthday, corporate event, or just to treat yourself, we’ll work with you to create the perfect design for your event and make the perfect label that will stand out. Just let us know what you're craving!

Q. Is there a way to track my popcorn’s journey?

A. You bet! As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a USPS tracking number. Feel free to check it obsessively—it’s okay, we do it too!

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. All Krakk Korn popcorn products are shipped from Belton, MO.  HoliBday products are shipped from partnered warehouses located in US. Some items may be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from anywhere in the US. We will attempt to ship Worldwide but Please contact us before placing an order if you are outside of the United States.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is Free within the United States on all items.

Q. Where is your company located?

A. We have an office in Belton, Missouri, in the United States. Supply warehouses in: USA, along with High-Quality vendor contacts in: China

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in specified currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. Is Checkout on this site safe and secure?

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. We use encrypted SSL security to ensure that your credit card information is 100% protected

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. Krakk-Korn orders take 2-3 days to make and prepare.  If you need an order sooner than the posted timeframe, an additional rush charge will be added to the order.  

It will usually take 7-10 business days for all HoliBday orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.  If you need an order sooner than the posted timeframe, an additional rush charge will be added to the order.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-3 business days for shipped items to receive a tracking number.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. Please contact us before placing an order for international shipping requests.
